Travel Story

T-Pass helps you with both hands free from the beginning to the end of your trip. The pass offers same-day delivery of luggage in the airport ↔ city center and unlimited use of the Seoul subway station locker for a designated period. T-Pass reduces the hassle of dragging bags between the airport and the center of Seoul.

If you have arrived at the airport, leave your luggage at the counter and head downtown without your bag. Your bag will be waiting for you when you arrive at the T-luggage, located in major tourist attractions in downtown Seoul. Feel free to use the T-Locker at 269 subway stations for as long as it's designated during the tour. After enjoying shopping, you can leave your heavy luggage for a while and tour the rest of the day, or you can leave your heavy luggage for a while and enjoy a break in the suburbs. If T-Locker is fully oppupied you could use the T-luggage instead, located in major tourist attractions, with its luggage storage service freely. At the end of your trip, the luggage delivery service works opposite way. If you leave your bag at the T-luggage before 12 a.m., it will be safely delivered to the airport by 16 p.m. and pick you up before your flight. Enjoy the beauty of Seoul comfortably until the end without heavy bags.

T-Locker: Seoul Subway Station Line 1 to Line 9 269 is in operation(Only service is available within the section of Seoul Station to Cheongnyangni Station, Line 9: Samjeon Station to Central Veterans Hospital Station)

Delivery service

  • Please complete the reservation for arrival and departure shipping one week before the delivery date.
  • Please store your luggage at the departure point before the delivery deadline. Luggage stored after the delivery deadline will be canceled, and in this case, a refund is not possible.
  • You must specify at least two hours prior to flight departure for pick-up time on delivery. Any additional costs incurred by an emergency request shall be charged to the customer.
  • Each luggage can not exceed 32 inches (180 cm total length and width).
  • Luggage Weight Limit: Each luggage weight cannot exceed 25 kg.
  • If all T-Lockers at the selected subway station are in use, delivery and storage will be restricted.

Arrival shipping >

  1. Booking for delivery one week before the delivery date(Please register the voucher code sent by email to book the arrival shipment.)
  2. Leaving your luggage at the airport luggage reception for the same day of delivery
    • Airport luggage reception time

      • Incheon International Airport T1: 07:00 to 14:30

      Incheon International Airport T2: 07:00 to 15:30

      Gimpo Airport: 07:00 to 15:30

    • Please scan the reservation QR code at the luggage reception then leave your luggage.
  3. Pick up the luggage at T-luggage or T-locker
    • Pick up the luggage at T-luggage

      • Luggage arrival time: 20:00 (You can pick it up by 22:00 on the day of delivery.)

      After the arrival time of the baggage, please scan the reservation QR code at the T-luggage to take out your luggage.

    • Pick up the luggage at T-Locker

      • T-Locker luggage arrival time: 21:00 (You can pick it up by 24:00 on the delivery day.)

      After the arrival time of the luggage, please enter the one-time passcode at the T-Locker to take out your luggage.

Departure shipping<T-luggage, T-Locker → Airport>

  1. Booking for delivery one week before the delivery date

  2. Store the luggage at T-luggage and T-locker reception time on delivery day
    • T-luggage luggage reception hours: 09:00 to 12:00

      • Please scan the reservation QR code at the T-luggage on reception time and leave your luggage.

    • T-Locker luggage reception hours: 05:00 to 10:00

      • Please enter a one-time password at T-Locker then, store your luggage.

  3. Pick up a luggage at the airport
    • Airport luggage arrival time

      • Incheon International Airport T1: 15:30 (You can pick up by 21:00 on the day of delivery.)

      Incheon International Airport T2: 16:30 (You can pick up by 21:00 on the day of delivery.)

      Gimpo Airport: 15:30 (You can pick up by 21:00 on the day of delivery.)

    • Please scan the reservation QR code at Incheon International Airport T1 (Hanjin Courier) and T2 (Hanjin Courier) Gimpo International Airport (T-lugage) after the arrival time of the luggage to pick up the luggage.

Storage service

  • Vouchers are valid only for the specified date.
  • It can also be used at T-luggage and T-locker in Seoul subway stations.
  • You can store and take out your luggage freely within the hours of use. (Business hours only)

Store in T-luggage

  1. 1. Reserve storage 7 days before the service date
    • - Please register the voucher code sent by email to schedule the date of the storage service.
  2. Store
    • Press reservation on the screen at the T-luggage.
    • - Please scan the reservation QR code then, store your luggage.
  3. Pick up
    • Press Take-Out on the screen at the T-lugage.
    • Please scan the reservation QR code then Pick up the luggage.
  4. Store in T-Locker
    • Reserve storage 7 days before the service date

      • - Please register the voucher code sent by email to schedule the date of the storage service.

    • Install T-Locker app
    • Store
      1. Select the Locker to use in the T-Locker App.
      2. Please check the voucher code on the storage service.
      3. Please select the payment method as the voucher code and pay.
      4. Please open the Locker by entering a one-time passcode.
    • Take-out
      1. Select my Locker from the T-Locker App.
      2. Please click Take-out.
      3. Please pay the additional fee with the voucher code.
      4. Please enter a one-time passcode to open the Locker then, Take out.

Additional Information

  • You must have your passport, flight reservation confirmation, e-ticket, and other important valuable items.
  • Please note that the time you checked in your luggage is not necessarily the time for the delivery man to collect your luggage.
  • Even if the reservation is confirmed, the delivery may be refused if the luggage contains prohibited items that do not comply with the legal regulations or terms and conditions. All losses and legal responsibilities are with the customer.
